Nassfeld offers 23 lifts, 110 km of runs and 300 km of cross country trails. Crossing borders with Italy is no problem, when skiing at Nassfeld. If you feel like a pro, you will not get bored here. Ski huts, sunny decks right at the slopes together with local hospitality and great atmosphere, will easily distract you.
For the experienced diver, ice diving is a unique experience in the winter months. Think of Snowshoeing, Nordic-Walking in the snow (45 km in the valley and 10 km on the mountain). It is also possible to make beautiful ski tours under the guidance of professional ski guides (for experienced skiers) (choice of 5 tours; class medium to heavy).
On the edge of and on the slopes, 25 original ski huts and sunny terraces ensure an unforgettable -true Austrian- apres-ski.
The Carinthian hospitality and good atmosphere will easily let your skis wander off course.
When there is sufficient snow in the valley, horse-carriage rides are organised. We would be happy to put you in touch with the driver.

Cross-country skiing: In addition to the 70 km of cross-country trails at the Nassfeld ski area and the 50 km long (double track) trail at Weissensee, there are also cross-country trails in our Gitschtal.
Prefer golf? There are beautiful golf courses in Carinthia, Italy and Slovenia. You can look at the links for an overview. The Presseggersee with very clean water and a pleasant water temperature is a short distance away.
The Weissensee is particularly suitable for beautiful boat trips, fishing and diving. The Weissensee is 929 meters high and 99 meters deep (which makes it also suitable for technical diving with oxygen, helium and Trimix). It is also possible to follow a diving course. In the Weissensee there is visibility up to 30 (!) meters. Night dives take place in May/June and September/October (with pre-registration + min. number of participants).
Alternative Eleven Cities Tour: Due to its favorable location, Das kleine Paradies is a great base for the alternative Eleven Cities Tour. If desired, you will be picked up by a taxi bus and taken to the starting point, your skates can be exchanged for your shoes after the trip and after the 'Blarenbal' the taxi bus is ready to take you back to your holiday home or apartment. Timely reservation desired/necessary!
A particularly beautiful experience is the -still undiscovered- Weissenbachklamm (400 meters from Das kleine Paradies). Walk, climb and clamber through a gorge with waterfalls, butterflies, rocks, ladders and streams.
